Pier 4 condos in Boston’s Seaport: Here are the latest renderings

Wrap date 2018

Renderings courtesy of Tishman Speyer and Steelblue

New York-based developer Tishman Speyer launched sales in late May at its 106-unit Pier 4 condo development in Boston’s Seaport District.

The project at 140 Northern Avenue is not supposed to wrap until fall 2018, though these snazzy renderings from the developer show how the complex will look from the inside and the outside.

SHoP and CBT Architects are collaborating on the modern design, which will fit in nicely on Boston’s waterfront.

And, speaking of waterfront, all of Pier 4’s units will have water views and each will have private outdoor space, too. Tishman Speyer, in fact, says in a release that the building will offer “the only Seaport residences surrounded by water on three sides.”

Two-bedrooms start at $2 million. More pricing info to come. Stay tuned.
