Milton-based developer Trinity Green Development has filed plans with Boston to construct a six-story, 54-unit condo building at 20 West Fifth Street in South Boston.
The project would go up only about a half-mile from the 656-unit, five-acre Washington Village development in the Andrew Square/Columbus Park area.
The project, dubbed the Ceinture, would also be a short distance from the Broadway stop of the Red Line. Nevertheless, the Ceinture is slated to have 41 parking spaces as well as bike parking.
Forty-six of its 54 units would be two-bedrooms and the rest one-bedrooms. Stay tuned for its progress through the city’s approval process.
