Condo sales at the 15-story, 157-unit Lovejoy Wharf building between the Zakim and Charlestown bridges have been underway now for about two months.
New arrivals on the region’s multiple-listing service provide a handy glimpse at both the condos’ interiors and their prices (which start at $750,000 and race upward).
Pictured here is Unit 6K, a 1,365-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom. Its $1,495,000 price tag brings with it access to amenities such as a concierge and a fitness center.
It does not include on-site parking—which makes the whole thing kind of revolutionary for Boston. Lovejoy Wharf is the first large-scale residential development in the city’s downtown not to include such parking (though others have quickly followed).
Lovejoy Wharf buyers will, however, be able to rent parking spaces at the under-construction Beverly at 101 Beverly Street nearby. Developer Related Beal is building both.
