Montaje, the newest portion of Somerville’s ever-expanding Assembly Row, has started leasing, according to developer Federal Realty.
The 20-story complex includes 447 units and amenities such as a lounge on the top floor, grilling stations, and a “resort-style pool.” Tenants will even have their own private entrance to MidiCi, a pizzeria opening on the ground floor this fall.
Such touches don’t come cheap. Studios at Montaje start at $2,210 a month; one-bedrooms at $2,541; two-bedrooms at $3,719; and three-bedrooms at $4,244.
The first move-ins are expected this September.
