News dropped this week that the Silver Line would roll into Chelsea starting next spring. That got us to thinking about other transportation projects in the region that need to hurry up and arrive.
It also got us to thinking of the T as a great social leveler of the Boston area. Millions take it, thousands rely on it, and everyone’s got a story of how bad, frustrating, or just plain strange the public transit system can be.
So! For our Friday Open Thread, we turn the mic over to you, dear reader, and ask: What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever seen or encountered on the T?
Was it someone’s pet farm animal? An egregious example of manspreading? A flash mob? A smoothly running Orange Line?
