The results: Our latest PriceSpotter was a close one. The sum $599,000 won with 29 percent of the vote. The correct asking garnered 23 percent; third place went to $677,999 with 22 percent; and fourth place was $750,000 with 21 percent.

The property in such contentious question was a 977-square-foot, five-room condo in Dorchester’s Jones Hill. Its In Realty listing says it “looks like it came straight out of an architectural magazine spread.”
