Tenants have moved into the new Meriel Marina Bay, a 352-unit apartment complex in two five-story buildings off Quincy’s Victory Road near the Neponset River separating that city’s Marina Bay neighborhood from Boston’s Dorchester.
These photos provide a peek inside the new development, where available studios start at around $2,100 a month, one-bedrooms at around $2,400, two-bedrooms at around $3,200, and three-bedrooms at around $5,100.
Hines, the same Houston-based outfit behind the South Station tower, is behind the Meriel Marina Bay, the amenities of which include a fitness center, courtyards, a pool, lounges, and plenty of parking for cars, bikes, and—yes—kayaks.
The complex will also run a shuttle from its buildings to the North Quincy Red Line station, one stop outside of Boston.
