Roslindale Colonial has bay windows and bedrooms in the attic

The nine-room, 1,987-square-foot Colonial at 234 Poplar Street in Roslindale dates from 1900, but includes recent updates such as a revamped kitchen and a new dining room floor.

The spread also comes with two bedrooms in the attic (albeit unheated). Below deck there’s a basement with a “roughly finished bonus room,” per the Deirdre White listing.
