Leather District loft includes 117-year-old factory floors

16-foot ceilings, too

The 1,476-square-foot Unit 6A at 150 Lincoln Street in Boston’s Leather District includes the original commercial-grade floors from the 117-year-old building’s previous life as a factory-slash-warehouse.

There are also two skylights and eight (what else?) industrial-sized windows—plus a wood-burning stove. Access to a shared roof deck comes with, as do two storage spaces in the building.

Yours through Robert Cohen for the rather precise sum of $1,073,888.
