New Cambridge contemporary runs to four floors and six bedrooms

It’s not cheap

The 4,800-square-foot, four-floor contemporary at 35 Willard Street in Cambridge’s Harvard Square area went up just this year and is on the market for $4.4 million through Evelyn Tilney.

That tag makes it far and away one of the most expensive homes for sale in Cambridge.

The house includes six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, a two-car garage outfitted for electric cars, and an au pair/in-law suite. There’s also the location itself.

What’d you think?
