The current owners of the 2,212-square-foot townhouse at 31 Appleton Street in the go-go South End renovated the place and are now selling it for $2.75 million through Steven Cohen.

The pile dates from 1890, though it looks very modern on the inside thanks to that renovation work.

There are three fireplaces, the potential for three bedrooms, a backyard, and a roof deck with sweeping views of downtown Boston.

There is also on-street parking. What’d you think?
