A seller is offering a row of tandem parking spaces at 376 Marlborough Street in Back Bay for $375,000 total. The pair must be bought together.
And they probably will be as $375,000 divided by two is $187,500—and that is a veritable bargain for a parking space in downtown Boston nowadays.
There is not much else to this pair besides the location and the price (need there be?), though the Charles Realty listing does promise “a wide setting due to the tree creating a divide with the neighbors [sic] parking.”
Perhaps buy and then make the spaces pay for themselves? What’d you think? Worth it?
