Pierce Boston’s 109 condos mostly sold as leasing starts on apartment component

Fenway’s tallest spire

The 109 condos of Pierce Boston are 60 percent sold, according to lead developer Samuels & Associates.

Recall that the 30-story, 340-foot tower is slated to be Fenway’s tallest building—and one of the tallest in Massachusetts west of Back Bay—when it’s finished next year; and its asking prices have been some of the highest the neighborhood has ever seen.

What’s more, leasing on the building’s 240-unit apartment component—officially known as 200 Brookline—has just started, and those asking amounts are nothing to sneeze at, either. Try studios starting at more than $2,900 a month or one-bedrooms at more than $3,000.

Pierce Boston’s two-bedrooms start at $4,600-plus and its three-bedrooms at more than—gasp!—$7,000 monthly.

Of course, the building will offer amenities such as a roof-top pool, a fitness center, a 24-hour concierge, even an arcade. What say you?
