The skinny: This spread in the Curbed Cup-winning South End includes plenty of closet space. Otherwise, it doesn’t offer a spectacular range of amenities—there’s a galley kitchen and also access to shared laundry in the building; lots of natural light, too.

What a buyer is really paying for is the location smack-dab in the middle of one of the region’s more desirable neighborhoods.
