The bones of the 1,884-square-foot, seven-room colonial at 19 Stonehurst Street in Dorchester’s Meeting House Hill area date from the early 1890s, and the house has been in the same family for many years.
It is on sale now through Coldwell Banker for a relatively low $439,000.
That tag is almost certainly due to the need for updating/renovating throughout. Though the house does have some nice touches that a buyer might want to retain (we’re looking at the balustrade and door frames). What’d you think?
