Unit 36F in the south tower of the Ritz-Carlton Residences in downtown Boston is a relatively snug 884 square feet.
Given its location, though, and its access to the complex’s amenities—including direct elevator emtry to an Equinox fitness club—the one-bedroom is asking $1,149,000 through Atlantic Associates.
Interestingly enough, even with that tag, Unit 36F is nowhere near the most expensive one-bedroom on sale in Boston right now: Unit 3H at 22 Liberty Drive in the Seaport District and Unit 35B in the same Ritz-Carlton tower are each asking $1,495,000.
Then there are at least a few more one-bedrooms pricier than Unit 36F’s $1,149,000. Such is the Boston housing market—for now.
