The 12-room, 5,400-square-foot colonial at 7 Percy Road in Lexington dates from just 2003, a relative pup in a town full of quaintly antiquarian homes.

The interior does have a touch of antiquity about it, though, and that’s no accident. The Verani Realty listing says that M.T. Thenen & Co., a Lexington-based company specializing in restorations and period details, created 7 Percy.
