The bones of the 10-room, 3,287-square-foot Italianate at 32 Winthrop Street in Charlestown date from around 1860.

The house with three bathrooms and up to four bedrooms has been generously updated, and features touches such as a finished basement and a wraparound patio. There is also a curved staircase connecting all levels.

The pile is on sale now through Adam Geragosian of Compass for $1.925 million. Have a look.
