Beacon Hill studio asks $375,000 for its 252 square feet

Location might carry the day for the unit asking nearly $1,500 a square foot

Unit 14 at 59 Hancock Street in Beacon Hill runs to just 252 square feet. Yet it’s asking $375,000. And we’re going to go out on a limb here and say the spread will likely get that.

Such is the Boston housing market circa late 2018, especially its more popular neighborhoods such as Beacon Hill.

The condo’s bathroom was recently renovated and there is a sizable amount of closet space. And there’s that location.
