While it’s sometimes hard to notice day to day, there are myriad initiatives to improve the T either underway or planned.
Why, just this week came news that the developers of the Hub on Causeway development would be opening a pedestrian tunnel so those connecting from the Green to the Orange line at North Station don’t have to go outside in the cold.
Of course, such a tunnel would not even be that big of a deal were it not for the 1.5 million-square-foot development going up around the transportation hub. That construction, in other words, has made North Station more of a chore than usual for commuters to navigate and the tunnel is supposed to make it easier.
But it’s far from the worst T stop, right?
That’s our open thread: Which is the worst T stop in terms of inconvenience, creaking infrastructure, tardiness of trains, trolleys, and buses, etc.? Sound off in the comments section below.
