South End one-bedroom with bow front windows wants $1,000-plus a foot

Unit 1 at 17 East Springfield Street in the Curbed Cup-winning South End is a snug 621 square feet, but the plethora of natural light that spills in from the condo’s bow front windows makes it look that much bigger.

The spread is on sale through Re/Max’s David Ladner for $625,000. That pencils out to $1,006 a square foot, not an unreasonable sum in that stretch of the South End.
