Roxbury’s Bartlett Station condos start dropping: Low to mid-$400,000s

Former MBTA bus yard

The first two- and three-bedroom condos in Roxbury’s Bartlett Station at 15 Guild Street have started dropping on the sales market.

The 16-unit building has been under construction since the middle of 2017, and developers Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation and Windale Developers are expected to wrap work this July.

The condos are part of a much larger development on an old MBTA bus yard that is expected to add more than 300 housing units to the area, including a substantial amount of affordable fare.

These 16 condos are market-rate, and they start well over $400,000, but don’t appear to range much beyond that. A 1,012-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom, for instance, is asking $449,000; and a 1,110-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom is asking $439,000.

The prices include a garage parking space; and residents will have access to a private courtyard.

There are more condos on the way as part of Bartlett Station. Stay tuned.
