The Silver Line is rolling into Chelsea in April, and that got us to thinking: Which other areas of the Boston region could benefit from T service—or from more of said service?
Such access can obviously prove a boon to residents looking for quicker and more straightforward access to the region’s main commercial districts. It can also boost property values and spur the development of desperately needed housing.
Just look at what’s already started to happen along the Green Line extension through Somerville into Medford—and that’s still years from completion.
