The Boston area is chock-a-block full of classic and iconic architecture, no doubt about it. Its older buildings are some of the nation’s most significant design-wise and its more recent fare is instantly memorable.
Even the clunkers are hard to turn away from.
But what about the region’s newest buildings, those recently completed, under development, or planned? How do their designs stack up? What about these fresh developments do you just not... like, much less love?
Perhaps it’s the glassy facades. Maybe it’s the roof lines. Or the sheer bulk or lack thereof.
