The capacious Concord house at 77 Wood Street was once the site of the Nashoba Brooks School, an elementary school. It’s been redesigned—as is the custom, apparently—and is now on sale through Engel & Völkers for a cool $2.699 million.

The house includes 14 rooms and 5,467 square feet. Amid that expanse is the potential for six bedrooms. There are also five full bathrooms as well as touches such as 10-foot ceilings and what the listing describes as a bonus suite with its own stone fireplace. Take a look.
