The seven-room, 2,465-square-foot Unit A at 28 Union Park in the South End last hit the sales market in March 2015 for $3.18 million.
A deal was pending for the spread—which includes a pergola and built-in grill in its outdoor space and a solarium and three bedrooms in its indoor space—before the end of that month. But it does not appear to have ever closed.
The spread, which was born of a 2008 renovation that combined space in two adjoining buildings, is back on the market through Keller Williams’ Donahue Realty Group for $3.495 million.
That tag includes two deeded garaged parking spaces. Bask in it all herein.
