This is a periodic open thread. Why? Because rents shift—obviously—including seasonally.
At the start of spring, it looks like Boston-area apartment rents are as pricey as ever, with particular jumps in places where leasing costs are already high for tenants. Never mind that the region in general remains one of the priciest nationwide in which to rent.
So! What are you paying now? Has your rent gone up or down from spring 2017 to spring 2018? Has it stayed the same?
Monthly totals and addresses—or at least cross streets—appreciated. Also, perhaps you want to share the size of your apartment and its amenities. Your fellow tenants will thank you. It’s rough out there, after all.
