Developer the Greenville Group has turned a circa-1899 rowhouse at 19 Chelsea Street in busy, busy East Boston into four two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos.
Unsurprisingly, the units have modern everything, including the kitchen appliances and in-unit washer/dryers for each.
The most interesting thing about the conversion, though, is the relative affordability of the units: They’re all priced in the $500,000s, with the most expensive a 1,072-square-foot penthouse asking $599,000.
Paul Campano at Keller Williams has the listings. Above and below is a peek at what they look like on the inside.
