The 12-story, 36-unit Boulevard condo development at 110 Broad Street right off the Rose Kennedy Greenway topped off in early February. Sales have been underway since at least a month before that.
And now comes the heftiest listing of all (as far as we can tell): $5.75 million for a 3,746-square-foot penthouse with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
The penthouse, which Coldwell Banker is listing, is due as well to have a private deck and two parking spaces in the Boulevard’s automated garage.

The development itself is an interesting amalgam of history and modernity. It replaced a four-story building and a 19th-century warehouse that Charles Bulfinch designed. The facade of that warehouse has been fully restored and its interior incorporated into the Boulevard’s lobby and amenity spaces.
The Boulevard is expected to open in August.
