What/where: A two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo at Corey Road and Beacon Street in Brookline
Square footage: 802
The skinny: This condo with lots of closet space, a renovated kitchen, and a pinkish hue is near the Dean Road and Tappan Street stops of the Green Line.
Perhaps that’s one of the reasons the unit’s sale price does not include a parking spot—not that driving from even that close to downtown Boston would mean a short commute for a new owner.
