The seven-room, 2,700-square-foot Unit R at 101 Chestnut Street in eminently tour-able Beacon Hill is suitably opulent for the address—high ceilings, ornate fireplaces, deep crown moldings, a Juliet balcony, a formal dining room, etc.
But it’s the little things, like the view of the Massachusetts State House from that dining room, that really make the penthouse pop. That and some of the wallpaper.
The spread is on sale for $5.1 million through Milbury and Company.
