Here’s NeighborhoodX research director Constantine Valhouli: “The average price falls between Roslindale ($351 a foot) and the City of Medford ($406 a foot). The upper end of West Roxbury’s market is on par with the average asking price in Brighton ($582), while the lower end is more affordable than the average in Mattapan ($283).”
