The 1,635-square-foot townhouse at 35 Winchester Street in Boston’s tiny Bay Village is the product of a 2015 gut renovation.
That work—which architect Steve Young oversaw—left the circa-1890 pile with a deliberate airiness. Case in point: The back of the townhouse is open through all four levels. There is also plenty of natural light, not least through a structural glass door and skylights.
What’s the going rate for such renovated capaciousness? $2,299,000.
