The results: Only 19 percent of Curbed Boston readers guessed the correct price for this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo near the Eastie waterfront, the Maverick stop of the much-admired Blue Line, and Piers Park, one of the best waterside parks in all of Boston.
The top vote-getter was $555,000 with 26 percent, and second place went to $501,000 with 21 percent. The sum $599,900 was a close third with 20 percent.
Incidentally, the price has come down on Unit 2 at 61 Webster since we launched this particular PriceSpotter. It’s now $14K cheaper at $425,000.
