Newly constructed Cambridge contemporary on sale for $2.8M

David Aposhian, a longtime designer and builder in Somerville and Cambridge, constructed this free-standing condo at 136 Pleasant Street in Cambridge’s Cambridgeport.

The 3,300-square-foot spread is done in a sleek and severe contemporary style; and it comes with quite a bit of space for the neighborhood. There are four and a half bathrooms and the potential for four bedrooms.

The condo also includes touches such as oversized French doors and 10-foot ceilings. Of course, all of this and the location does not come cheap: 136 Pleasant wants $2.8 million.
