The approximately four-acre estate at 5 John Hosmer Lane in Lexington dates only from 1992—a relative pup for the town’s housing market—but it comes with all the bells and whistles of such an expanse.

There are tennis courts, a pool, a home movie theater, a four-car heated garage, more than 10,000 square feet of living space, and an elevator. That living space includes the potential for six bedrooms, and there are six and a half bathrooms.

Of course, given this scope, the price ain’t cheap: $4.4 million through Michael Carucci at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty. It’s free to look, though.
