The results: Only 16 percent of Curbed Boston readers guessed the correct asking rent for this 566-square-foot studio with a Murphy bed and a downtown location just off the super-interesting Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway.

The biggest vote-getter was $2,800 with 30 percent, and second place went to $3,100 with 27 percent. Third place was $3,350 with 18 percent.

Maybe it’s a sign of the times that people went long on this one rather than picking the smallest amount available in the vote. The Boston rental market is a bit expensive, eh?
