The skinny: The listing for this condo bills it as a “Philly-style duplex.” What’s that mean? Basically, it’s part of a two-family building with separate front doors and with at least one unit a duplex—an approach to building that the famed Pennsylvania city popularized.

The condo has touches such as an open layout, built-in bookshelves, and custom cabinetry. The location is pretty sweet, too. What say you re: the price? Take a look and then take your best guess.
