Antique colonial with three bedrooms includes original beamed ceilings

The antique colonial at 63 Perkins Street in Stoneham is just that: An antique colonial. The house dates from 1718, and was once owned by town father Jonathan Green (and several other Greens well into the 1800s).

The 1,878-square-foot spread—which still boasts the original beamed ceilings in the kitchen and living room—is on sale now through Coldwell Banker for $589,000.

The house has the potential for three bedrooms, and it’s on a sizable lot off a cul de sac. What’d you think?
