The skinny: This unit is in an historic building dating from 1888, and features 14-foot ceilings in the living room. Said living room also has a rather dramatic arched window.

The asking price includes access to one parking space in a lot, but on a first-come, first-served basis. Though a car might be unnecessary given the condo’s proximity to the Green Street stop of the Orange Line.
