The bones of the nine-room, 3,222-square-foot shingle Victorian at 49 Brantwood Road in Arlington’s Jason Heights date from 1898.
The house has been updated, of course, and includes touches such as a fireplace in the entry hall—and one in the dining room—and an eat-in kitchen that leads to a sizable bluestone patio out back. The tag also covers a two-car garage.
What’s that tag? $1.5 million through Robert Paul Properties. What’d you think?
