Earlier this year, the backers of the conversion of two buildings on Broad Street across from the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway into a 36-unit condo complex called the Boulevard wrapped construction.
Now comes the priciest listing of the lot: $5.75 million for Unit PH 2 at 110 Broad Street.
The 3,746-square-foot, two-story expanse includes three and a half bathrooms and three bedrooms; and there’s a private roof deck. The titanic tag also covers two parking spaces in the building’s automated garage.
The Boulevard replaced a four-story building and incorporated a 19th-century warehouse that Charles Bulfinch designed. The facade of that warehouse has been fully restored and its interior incorporated into the Boulevard’s lobby and amenity spaces.
Coldwell Banker’s Ricardo Rodriguez has the listing for the aerie. Thoughts?
