Roslindale home prices at the end of September average $399 a foot: Report

Quite a range of askings in the Boston neighborhood produce that average

The average asking price for a market-rate home in Boston’s Roslindale neighborhood as September fades to October is $399 a square foot, according to an analysis from real estate research site NeighborhoodX.

A range of prices from $224 a foot for a 4,448-square-foot single-family at 2 Florence Street to $641 a foot for a 744-square-foot condo at 20 Taft Hill Park produced the average. See below for a greater breakdown.
