The 2,511-square-foot Unit 5C at 107 South Street in Boston’s Leather District checks all of the boxes for the modern loft: Oversized windows, plenty of exposed brick and beam, unusually high ceilings, and lots and lots of space.

So much space, in fact, that the Kimball Borgo listing says the loft is fit to host “two guests, or two hundred.”

As it is, the capacious number in an 1897 building includes the potential for three bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms. And a price tag of $1.795 million.
