Unit 1108 at 375 Canal Street is part of the recently opened Alloy complex in Assembly Row. It’s a 712-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom; and it’s asking $689,000 after a $10,000 price-chop. The tag—and the $616 fee—grants access to amenities such as an indoor pool and a fitness center.
We end in Teele Square, where Unit 3 at 7 Russell Road is asking $679,900 for its 814 square feet, which includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. The fee is $125.
