What $700,000 buys around Somerville right now

In Ward Two, right near the Cambridge line, is Unit 3 at 390 Washington Street. The top unit in a triple-decker runs to 980 square feet, and includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. It’s asking $689,000, and the condo fee is $275.

Unit 1108 at 375 Canal Street is part of the recently opened Alloy complex in Assembly Row. It’s a 712-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom; and it’s asking $689,000 after a $10,000 price-chop. The tag—and the $616 fee—grants access to amenities such as an indoor pool and a fitness center.

We end in Teele Square, where Unit 3 at 7 Russell Road is asking $679,900 for its 814 square feet, which includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. The fee is $125.
