South End duplex in recently converted church drops for $3.15M

Part of nine-unit project

Unit 202 at 201 West Brookline Street in the South End is one of nine units carved from the old Concord Baptist Church, which decamped for a new location in Milton toward the start of the decade.

The capacious duplex includes—of course—cathedral ceilings and arched windows. There are three and a half bathrooms and the potential for three bedrooms. The $3.15 million tag through Campion & Company includes two parking spaces in the underground garage.

Triad Alpha Partners converted the church, the latest such project in the busy, busy South End.
