The 4,204-square-foot house at 20 Washington Square in Revere is near the beach.

As such, the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom spread includes ocean views—such as from the roof top deck. There’s also an ocean-facing balcony off the main bedroom suite, which covers the entire top floor.

The house, too, emphasizes an open layout and plenty of exposed brick. It’s all retailing for $699,999 through Compass. That’s, of course, a lot less than what a comparable property would go for in neighboring Boston.
