The results: Some 24 percent of Curbed Boston readers guessed the correct rent for this 1,440-square-foot townhouse dating from 1830. An identical share went long and guessed $7,600 re: the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom spread.

Second place went to $7,350 a month with 22 percent, and $6,950 finished a close third with 21 percent. Thanks for playing.
