The 15-room penthouse at 89 Beacon Street overlooking the Public Garden in Beacon Hill runs to 5,703 square feet and includes four bedrooms as well as four fireplaces. There’s also four levels and a private elevator to each one (and from the building’s garage).

The product of a 2017 conversion, the condo also includes five and a half bathrooms as well as a sizable roof deck and a solarium as well as two wet bars.

It’s that kind of spread: expensively luxurious in an increasingly expensive downtown Boston luxury market. The penthouse at 89 Beacon is asking $16,399,000 through Cabot & Company’s Shelagh Brennan and Janet Daly.
