Construction on the 2,450-square-foot Unit 2 at 75 Rush Street in East Somerville wrapped this year, leaving behind a contemporary-looking townhouse on the inside and the outside.

The three-bedroom with four and a half bathrooms is retailing through Compass for the rather precise sum of $995,995. That pencils out to $406 a square foot—or about $300 less than what townhouses are averaging a couple of miles away in downtown Boston.

The four-level townhouse ends in a private roof deck. Have a look.
